The Artists’ Open Studio Tour is a free, self-guided art discovery tour. Meet more than forty artists in eighteen accessible locations. Whether you're an avid collector or just curious about fine art, this is an incredible opportunity to encounter East County painters, sculptors, photographers, ceramicists, fiber artists, jewelry makers, glass artists and other fine craftspeople.

The 2010 Tour will be held on Saturday & Sunday, May 22 & 23. An important new feature will be a Special Preview preceding the Tour. The Antioch Lynn House Gallery will host a three week show featuring one piece of work from each of the Tour Artists. The show will run from May 7 through May 23. Color catalogs will be available for visitors to take.

Applications to participate are due as soon as possible, but no later than February 28th.

The deadline for sign-up is set so that we can plan more and better promotional materials. We plan is to improve upon our 16 page 5 x 82 color catalog!

We propose to make the 2010 Tour catalog a 16 page 82 x 11 color catalog with some extra space available to sell “advertising” by patrons and supporters. The ad revenue will help pay for the expanded catalog and for additional promotional materials. A larger format will also allow us to accommodate the increased participation, expand the size and/or the
amount of Artist information and have larger, improved maps and directions. In addition to the
c
atalog, we will also have postcards to mail, 11”x17” color posters, maps, newspaper ads, a vigorous internet presence and publicity efforts.

We need to know whom and how many Artists will participate, so we ask for your early sign-up.

Some Artists who have already committed to the 2010 Artists' Open Studio Tour: Samantha Brown, Ron Beatty, Sue Clanton, Jill Ann Cooke, Sherry Cummings, Jenny Floravita, Jack Gaughan, Michael Grejsen, Rosalinda Grejsen, Barbara Hansen, Vahid Inanlov, Barbie Koncher, Jody Mattison, Ann Meunch,  Teresa Ochoa, and more.
